It works like a credit card in that it can be reused over again if it is an open ended credit line. The interest calculated is simple interest as opposed to compounded interest which is used on credit cards. Your approval is anywhere from 80% to 100% loan to value. Good credit is a must. A minimum of 640 middle credit score is required for No Income verified on W-2 employees and 680 credit score for self employed.
