If you are applying for a NO Income Verified loan/EZ Qualifier loan, just complete the following application without any other documents mentioned below. Upon receipt, we will let you know what is needed to complete your approval. If you receive W-2's please send us 2005 & 2006 W-2's and one months of paystubs by fax or mail(see below). If Self-Employed and are going full income documentation, we need 2005 & 2006 1040's and YTD P&L statements for 2007 or 24 months bank statements and YTD P&L Statements for 2007.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All rate and costs quoted are NOT guaranteed until your loan is locked and approved.
